Establishing a commercialization partnership for the low-dose, precision-targeted digital X-ray platform, HeLaXON 2X

Expanding collaboration across equipment supply, installation, maintenance, and hospital service networks

Strengthening infrastructure for future clinical adoption and operational deployment in healthcare institutions

Health-tech company ReadyCure announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) 

with DK Medical Solutions, a medical imaging equipment company with a nationwide service network, 

to support the commercialization of HeLaXON, a low-dose digital X-ray platform for dementia treatment.

The agreement aims to establish a practical commercialization framework that extends beyond technical collaboration

 to future hospital adoption and operational support following clinical development. Under the partnership, 

the two companies plan to collaborate on equipment supply, hospital network integration, 

installation and maintenance services, operational support, and joint marketing activities.

Through this collaboration, ReadyCure expects to strengthen access to healthcare institutions and secure 

the operational infrastructure needed for early clinical and commercialization stages.

Based on its experience in medical imaging equipment operations and nationwide service capabilities, 

DK Medical Solutions will support future installation, maintenance, and operational management of the HeLaXON platform.

ReadyCure is developing non-pharmacological treatment solutions for neurodegenerative brain diseases, 

including Alzheimer’s disease, using CNT-based digital pulsed X-ray technology. 

The company is currently preparing for clinical entry of HeLaXON 1X, a low-dose X-ray-based dementia treatment device.

ReadyCure is also developing HeLaXON 2X, a next-generation commercialization model 

featuring a self-shielding structure and AI-based irradiation control technology. 

The company plans to expand the HeLaXON platform into broader neurodegenerative disease applications in the future.

DK Medical Solutions operates supply, installation, and maintenance systems for various 

medical imaging devices, including digital X-ray systems, and continues to expand its hospital service capabilities 

through domestic and international healthcare networks.

A ReadyCure representative stated, “This partnership represents an important step toward connecting 

clinical development with real-world hospital adoption of low-dose digital X-ray treatment platforms. 

We expect the combination of DK Medical Solutions’ operational expertise and ReadyCure’s next-generation treatment technology 

to support broader treatment accessibility and accelerate commercialization efforts.”

A DK Medical Solutions representative added, “We recognize the clinical and commercial potential of 

ReadyCure’s low-dose digital X-ray technology. Based on our nationwide service network and experience supporting 

healthcare institutions, we will contribute to successful hospital implementation and commercialization.”

The two companies also plan to expand clinical and business collaborations with major hospitals in Korea 

while gradually building a partnership framework for entry into Asian and global markets.
