READYCURE held its company workshop on November 13–14.
The program began with a walk through Naejangsan,
followed by a tour of the Advanced Radiation Research Institute and a lecture on
“Corporate Culture” delivered by Director Byeong-Yeop Jung.
Team members then continued the discussion through an internal group session.
The day concluded with a shared dinner and relaxed conversation,
creating a meaningful opportunity for everyone to grow closer.
The workshop also included a session where junior members from each department shared
their thoughts on what makes READYCURE’s corporate culture unique.
Among the ideas, the suggestion to start each morning with a cheerful
“Good morning!” received the most support and was selected as the top opinion.
